Tatiana D. Tate
President & Founder
While serving as her mother's primary caregiver during a 16-month battle with T-cell Lymphoma, Tatiana learned of the unique challenges many women of color (WOC) face during a cancer journey first-hand.
She founded Chemo Divas Foundation in an effort to address those inequities by increasing awareness to cancer-care resources, providing direct financial assistance, and creating a support network for WOC impacted by cancer.

Raised in Atlanta, GA, Tatiana received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Syracuse University, a Masters of Science in Accountancy from the University of Georgia and her Certified Public Accountant licensure from the state of New York.

Tatiana currently resides in New Haven, CT working as an environmental, social and corporate governance (ESG) specialist at one of the leading financial institutions in the U.S.

Naomi Smith
Vice President & Treasurer
Naomi is the Vice President and Treasurer for the Chemo Divas Foundation, responsible for effective resource utilization.
​
Naomi serves in a financial planning and analysis role at a global biopharmaceutical company, a position that includes responsibility for facilitating the development, execution, and analysis of strategy and business plans.
​
Previously, Naomi was an auditor at PwC, performing financial statement audits for large non-profit health care systems.
​
Naomi received her bachelor degree and master degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York.

Katherine Najera Villeda
Director of Growth Strategy
Katherine became an advocate after her personal experiences of losing friends to cancer, watching friends battle the disease, and learning of the effects this disease had on their lives. She joined the board of Chemo Divas to focus on the growth and strategy of the foundation. Her goal is to empower WOC impacted by cancer.

Raised in Queens NYC, Katherine received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University. She has 8 years of consulting experience for EY, Slalom, and DoorDash. She has also started her own nonprofit, coaching business, and consulting practice.
​
Katherine currently resides in Tampa, FL with her husband, dog, and daughter.
